AMAZING DOUBLES. Need to go at the right time for them but... Unmissable if you live nearby. Gotta go.

I ordered a cake from this place on May 8th with the promise of it being ready on May 10th at 10:00am....Not only was the cake NOT ready on time and I had to wait an additional 3 hours for completion, the cake that I received looked NOTHING like what I actually ordered. I was told that they were having some staffing issues and had to "let someone go". Although i'm somewhat sympathetic, that was NOT my problem. Initially I was told that I would receive a refund but I never received it. My 4th time calling for my refund the owner was VERY nasty and reneged on my refund. I don't normally post reviews but this one was a must!!!!! This is after going out of my way to come and support this business. If there was a way to not give a star.....These pictures are of what I ordered vs what I got

The best Trini food in town, roti was fresh and everything is ideal @broadwaywesson

Brown Sugars is the best! Awesome Caribbean food (I believe they're Trinidadian, but there's definitely a Jamaican vibe too). If you've never had one, try a Double (tamarind sauce drenched mini-sandwich pocket with a curried veggie filling)! Lots of great drinks and fresh smoothies too.
